Privacy Statement

Under data protection law, The Crown Estate is the controller for your personal data. We are using a third party company, Camargue, to assist us with this work, which will act as processor for your personal information on our behalf, only using personal data under instruction of The Crown Estate, and in the ways set out in this notice.

We will use your name and contact details to keep you updated on future developments and consultations, and to process feedback that you submit for East of Luton. We do this on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing eastofluton@camargue.co.uk to ask to be removed.

The data we collect is stored on information technology systems owned and run by or on behalf of The Crown Estate or on systems run by those businesses processing it on our behalf. We will keep it for the length of the project or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes sooner.

We will only transfer your personal data out of the UK or European Economic Area where this is lawful and appropriate safeguarding mechanisms have been put in place.
